Privacy

Who controls your data

Information we use

We may use contact, delivery, order, payment-status and correspondence information to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment providers process full card details under their own notices.

Email offers

If you actively request the 10% email offer, we use your email address to send that offer and related marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where needed with providers such as the online store, payment processor and delivery courier, or where required by law. It is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your data, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you have a privacy question.
