This page explains how to cancel an eligible order, arrange a return or report a problem.
Cancelling an order
Consumers may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving it. Tell us clearly at info@chemlabsltd.com. If it has already left us, it may need to be returned.
Returning products
After cancelling, return eligible goods within 14 days. Keep cans unused, unopened and safely packaged. Because aerosols are regulated for transport, contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not post an aerosol through an unsuitable service.
Return costs and refunds
You are normally responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned goods are received or acceptable evidence of return is supplied.
Faulty or damaged orders
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
